I don't know if these are available but it seems to be a common problem on C4s. I would consider removing the E brake handle and bringing it to a local upholstery shop. I bet they could fix you up and it might be less than a new handle and finding a good used handle might be more difficult than you think.

I ripped the rest of the leather off mine (it actually don't look that bad) and I've been looking for a replacement ever since, I think your right local upholsterer will recover it when i get a chance. maybe won't even have to remove it. Might be a market for this.
