service manual

While searching for a service manual for my 84 I keep coming across ones on cd that you can print. Has anyone else used this and are they anygood thanks Larry

Are you searching on Ebay? I've never seen a FSM on a cd, just the chilton ones.

Those FSM are very thick
It would take all day to print it and it would be a mess
Just get the red cover one

Thanks just a thought will order one found one for 83. delivered the cd said it had over 1000 pages to be downloaded.

I have some of them on CD.
It's a RPITA the try to print out the page or pages you need. Go to the garage, need another page. Go back inside. Print another page.

Get the REAL BOOK.The one's on CD are for folks that DON'T do their own work IMHO.

I think his 84 is a two volume set. Electrical is in a book by itself.
