Default Jacking up a C4

I've seen these jack supports for vettes, this is my first vette, is there anything special I need to know before jacking up my C4. I have a couple of floor jacks, are these adaquate? How about changing the oil, is it pretty straight forward? Thanks for any help.

Do a search on c4 jack positions, you'll get all the info you'll need...changing oil is just like any other auto or engine...

Thanks, that site was exactly what I was looking for. I think I will paint my tow lugs like the site suggests.

Only comment about changing the oil I have is that you might want to go to your local GM dealer and pick up a new drain plug gasget. It has a rubbery material in the center that can tear and cause the plug to leak. They only cost a couple of dollars. There are also numerous threads here about oil and filters. I'd recommend using Mobile One oil and what ever oil filter you have been happy with in the past. Otherwise just be safe with your jacking and make sure the car is solid on the jack stands or what ever lift you might use.
