He could not get his floor mats out? You were serious about that ?!? Wow....That is heavy. He could not get the floor mats out.....I am sitting here saying that outloud to myself a few times....that is impressive.Now I feel obligated to ask. Do removing C5 floor mats require special tools or something??

Is this the bulb your reffering too? My bulb went out the other day and the passenger courtesey door light wouldn't come out. Just brake the bulb.
Now to get the C5 floor mats out your going to have to go to your local dealership and tell the service mgr. that you need the special key to remove the mats. They'll have it.
