Please console me.
Well because of my C4 to C5 to C4 fiasco, I sold my recently acquired B&M shifter that I got for $50 bucks used. I'm really kicking myself. Can someone please give me emotional support. 
Is the Hurst Shifte any better. Give me something, anything, lie to me if you must. :D

From what I hear, the B&M is only good for 2 or 3 shifts and they snap in half. :blueangel: Really, I'm serious! I had one in my Z28 and got 4 shifts from it. I guess I was one of the lucky ones!

As far as the C4 to C5 to C4 thing, I was gonna trade had the car, went to sign final papers and learned I got screwed on my trade. The dealer wouldn't bend so I said

Don't beat yourself up about it- the car or the shifter. After looking thru the posts on the shifters, I bought the Hurst. Haven't installed it though so no info on it yet. As for the car, maybe you need to step back and take another look at yours again. It is a beaut, huh? Of course I may be a little biased in the color dept. :cheers:

Don't trade in any C4 corvette. Just sell it. I was a chevy dealer that offered me $8600 for my 91 with at the time 45k miles. The car is in great condition. the had a 89 with 30k more miles on there lot for 11k. I looked at that, looked at the salesman, looked at my car, then told the salesman to eat the corn out of my :eek:
