i dont have a camera that does sound video but there website has a sound video but it isnt real clear and sounds much better then what it is on there the clarity sucks on there sound

I've had my set for many years. I've had lots of positive comments over the years & questions on what it is. It is nice to be able to turn it "down" if I don't want to bug the neighbors late at night but normally it runs wide open all the time.

Yea, I have my name on the list with some guys at that web page, I am on the list for the Power Effect[its on shortage] for $850, although my computer doesnt play the sound[I have been to that page before], I will try another computer....

NEWS FLASH.... This company has had problems getting castings from their factory for four years. It is my understanding that you can not get new sets. Maybe I'm wrong (and I hope I am).
You need to press Joe @ powereffects.com for the STRAIGHT SCOOP. If you don't, he would let you wait forever.
(Note: I'm sure this is true for the SideEffects side exhaust. I thought it was also true for the powereffects -- because it's the same supply issue).
If I'm right, you need to find a set used -- if that's what you want.

Thanks for confirming! Last time I (we) told someone this, they PM'd me -- telling me about how Joe said he would come thru.
I can't understand why he keeps leading people on. I really don't think they'll make them again. Keeping people's names on a list creates as much bad publicity as good. If he were more forecoming, it wouldn't be so bad. But, you have to "confront" him before you'll get the real story.

Yea, I am going to calll him next week, give him some time, if no go yet, with no definite answer the screw it, I am getting a regular one, besides when am I ever going to lower the sound of my exhaust, if the person thats with me thinks its too loud than get the fu

I recently installed Chambered Exhaust.
I was looking for something a little different than everyone else.
When I finally fined a set I will still buy. I hope It's before these rust off.

I have talked to them on the phone, they have a foundry issue they dont have a clue when they will have them back up for sale. If you can find them for $850 thats a good deal there like $1250 new. I have thought about selling my PE system but dont know what i would go with if i sold mine. I thought they would be louder than they are.

Well I took my car to a macanic that keept my car for 5 months and didn't touch the car, he got a hold of some used ones for $850 for me but he is such a f@ucker, because who the hell keeps a car for freakin 5 months and don't do any work on it, I rather not do buisness with him. Waiting is not a problem for me, although I just want to CRUISE!!!

Now just Corvette Kid. 
Although I currently have a custom system ending in Corsa mufflers on my car, I still have the complete PE system too. But it ain't goin' anywhere..... Replace the PE resonator with an X or H-pipe which this or any system needs anyway. Then it should wake the dead. I can't believe this "foundry problem" crap that I've been hearing for so long. If they were really interested in making them again, could they not find another foundry? Seems like a no-brainer to me.....
