Default Lloyd Mats for CE

Any of you guys with Collector Edition cars have Lloyd Mats? If so, what logo did you use? I'm going to order new floor mats and a cargo mat for my CE 'vert. I was considering seeing if they can match the logo on the headrest, instead of having the C4 flags embroidered on them. Has anyone tried this?

I've not done that but it sounds like a great idea...

Last year I picked up a set of Lloyd's matts for my '88 IROC-Z with the "Z-28" embroidered; they are a very nice quality product.

Lloyd Mats do not offer the CE logo....but ACC does and their logos are sew-on, not glue-on. Others have reported the logos coming off the Lloyd mats within a year.

Just passing along what I have read.

Who is ACC? Where can they be purchased?

I have a Lloyd cargo mat in my C5 and the logo is embroidered and very nice.

I have to correct myself. I went back and looked at my receipt. I bought my C5 cargo mat from Zip and it is an ACC mat.

Thanks, Lanny.

I would not buy Lloyds. As mentioned above, the embroidery is glued on and will fall off. Besides the fact that they are way overpriced.

For whats it worth, I replaced the carpets in my 89 a few years ago. I priced the carpets from ACC and from Willcox. Willcox was about $50 less for the entire set of mass backed carpet. When the box of new carpet arrived, it had the ACC label on it as it was ACC carpeting. Suggest you price the floor mats at Willcox as they are a supporting vendor and good people to deal with Their site: http://www.willcoxcorvette.com/
