Default for all the "craig moates" software users.

Folks,
As some of you know, Craig Moates has written software which is similar to
Diacom, only better. The limitation is that it only works with 86-92
TPI F-Bodies and Y-Bodies (so far), both MAF and MAP systems. Of
course, if you have one of these systems, then this is not a limitation.

Anyways, the software is completely free of charge and will remain
that way. It is written on the QuickBasic 4.5 platform, and the source
code is available to everyone. I have helped Craig with severe mod's to
the program.

Please help us out here. I think everything is right as rain now in
version 8.45, but I need help testing. I have several more additions in
mind, particularly the 160-baud ability for TBI applications and such.
If you have suggestions for improvement, just drop me an email. The
program is located at:
http://members.tripod.com/moatesenheimer/gmecm/index.htm

Major recent revisions include:

- Accurate data rendering and logging for 165 and 730 MAF & MAP
systems
- Menu-based capability with mouse enablement
- Cool colors!
- Editable/savable default section
- TPS enhancements
- 1/4-mile pass results storage in a nice log file
- More logical data display
- Architecture friendly for future improvements

Please let us know how it works, We need the feedback for improvement.
If you know of any newsgroups or bulletin boards where this software
may generate some interest, please forward the content of this message
to that location.

Best regards,
Craig Moates and Kor Mooibroek

if I understand this post, which, since I have been living under a rock for the last month, is a questionable thing... this software only requires a PC and a cable???

gee... thats way cool!
