Default Hatch removal

Could anyone possibly tell me how the heck I get the rear hatch off???

I am trying to install weather strip (1 piece) but can't seem to get the hatch arms out of the way.

Tried the search function and nothing

Open the hatch. Support it in the open position with a stick. Remove the lift support tubes where they connect to the glass. Remove the nuts on the inside brackets that connect from the halo to the glass.

edit; don't forget to disconnect the window deforster wires if you have them.

The hatch arms have small metal clips that secure them to the Ball Stud. Gently pry up on the clip to remove the strut from the ball stud. I don't know if you can get the clips? When I bought new struts they came with clips on them.
