Update On Rear Blinker Problems

Your rear right inside lamp stop/turn filament is not lighting due to either not getting 12v or the filament is open circuit. Its ground connection is ok because the parking light filament comes on. You need to remove the socket and the lamp and check the lamp (swap it with the left inside lamp and see if the problem follows the lamp ,[defective lamp, or maybe the wrong lamp]). Use your voltmeter to determine if 12v is on the socket button that makes connection to the stoplight filament. If not, then you may have a defective socket. Be careful to not short the socket button to the grounded body of the socket with your voltmeter probe!
Well this is what I did, I checked battery by doing what fellow members told me to do with the removal of fuses, everything checked out,no drains....so battery drain was my fault by not driving her for about a month,I fully charged the battery, next I wanted to check out the bulb again and all I did was remove the bulb and turned it 1/2 way and replace it in the socket, while I was back there I replaced my backup lights #1156 one was broken it was seperated from the brass post, replaced both. So I went and started her up,crossed my fingers, and guess what ?? I HAVE BLINKERS AGAIN !!!! I don't know what I did but now they work...THANKS TO ALL
