I had received some new Silverstar headlights as a Christmas gift and I finally got to try them out on the pitch dark back roads Saturday night, all I have to say is 100 times better. I know it has been mentioned before but I give them the

If you think the SilverStars are good, wait until you experience a set of Hellas or Cibies w/ 100W bulbs......

(I've had both)

With the E-spec Hella Housings all the light is kept out of other drivers eyes. I run 100/80w bulbs and I haven't gotten flashed once (after I adjusted them when I installed them).

IMO the difference between stock and Silverstars is the same difference between Silverstars and 100/80w Hella's. Its well worth the extra money.

Me too and I couldn't agree more. Even without prompting, my wife (who's usually busy chatting away) noticed the difference....

I was pleased with the silverstars. Very bright low beam, but high beam wasn't much improvement over stock.

Next I'll try Rocco16's setup. He spent $90 on em but still drives with his lights off at night because they make the car less aerodynamic.
