Just trying to get a sense of what different sizes of "Deep Dish" wheels are out there.
I made a check-up call to Iforged on my 19" classics and they should be at my doorstep in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I will be in Beijing for 2 months starting on March 17th.
One of the questions I asked was what was the lip size for both the front and rear. Steve from Customer Service told me the fronts are a 2.5" and the rears are a 3.75" lip
I bought these from...WWW.USRIMSUPPLY.COM
They are Ruff Racing 278 Chrome Wheels
18x8.5 35+offset front, 2.5" Lip
245/40/18 Federal Tires, front
19x9.5 45+offset rear, 3.5" Lip
285/30/19 Federal Tires, rear
$1750 total
Includes shipping, insurance, balance, lugnuts, valve stem, and believe it or not the air too!!!!
All I had to to was put them on the car!!!! Let me know if you need more info!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the early C4's can run a true deep-dish wheel, while the later ones cannot. Is this because of the suspension changes that require more offset on the later car's wheels?
Wheels like tsbbzm's have a significant lip...that makes them appear to have a deep dish...but the center is still out approximately flush with the wheel rim. They are not a true deep-dish wheel.
The HRE wheels on my C4 suffer from the same thing; the center is nearly flush with the outside rim edge...on the front, anyway. ....and I am having a hard time finding a wheel with the proper offset that is not this way.

This looks like the GM aftermarket wheel for the C6 that came up on one of the forums in the last month.
If it is, it's only available in one size/one width, but the price is SOOOO sweet!
