Default "help"
Can anyone help me
the Security flashing in my 1986 c4 and it wont start.
Even thue the engine is turning and 'firering' it doesnt really start.
I have cheked the key resiststor.

Any sugestions?

"Turning and firing but doesn't start" Just a guess but sounds like a fuel problem to me.

P.S. If it was the key resistor, it wouldn't even turn over.

Hmmmm were there any other leading indicators of a no-start before? Rough running, codes, etc?

Also, try to lock and unlock the door from the outside... see if that clears it up.

i would look into the ignition. do you have spark?
