Default Kuhmos

Has anyone had any experience with this tire? , Survey results are real good on tirerack, I just put two on my 95(Rears) and they seem OK so far. They were real inexpensive and a good looking tire. Any comments?

Got them on my Vette, Have used them on my imports. Great looking, riding tire GREAT PRICE!!!!. They suck in Snow & Heavy Rain but for a dry tire they last long, look great, ride nice.

Majority of guys believe in paying more for a tire, but if your car is just a street driver/cruiser these tires are great. Now if you need a decent all-season tire at a good price go for the Falken Ziexs or Dunlop SP5000 both are in the $100-$120 price range and handle well in the snow.

Dont let the tire snobs rip on you for getting Kumho's you made a sound economical decision.

Before I got the full race tires I ran on the Kumho street tire.

Nice tire! I still use them for rains.

As I understand it, the same guy who designed the BFGoodrich Comp TA designed the latest Kuhmos.

A buddy of mine got a set for his Formula Ram Air, and he is quite happy with them. Our local tire guy charged 140.00 each installed.

Have them on my 88, won't ride on anything else from now on. They look great, handle great, fairly quiet ride. Also, I live in Florida so can't speak about snow, but I have found them to be very good in the rain.

I just put on a full set last week and so far I have zero complaints. And I think they look excellent. Got mine from tirerack.com and they had plenty in stock. Got them in 3 days via UPS. Kumho Ecstas.

I have a full set (also from tirerack.com - less than $500 for everything, incl mounting) and love them. Better ride, less road noise, and super sticky, even in heavy rain. Much better than the Eagles.

I use the ECSTAs for street tires. I use Kuhmo Victoracers for autocross tires. I rate the ECSTA equal or better than BFG Comp T/As and definitely better than the Goodyear GSCs that I've had on mine for street use. Good street handling, ride, and traction. They balance well (even their race tires) with less weights than most brands. I've only had them for about 6K miles and that includes two trips of about 900 miles each. I'll buy again. Super for the price. Can't comment on snow or rain though!

Gotem on all 4 corners, so far they have been great! Good traction in the mountains, good in the rain, pretty quiet and a good price. :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag
