Well, there are several ways. Here's what I do.
Go to photobucket.com, sign up for free site. Sign in, load up your pics. Then, last line under each photo is "img". Copy it.
Open thread in CF, paste pic into it.
Note: pics may be very large. So, in photobuck. go to their site under each pic to edit it down to say 50% or so.
Then, way up front on first page or so of CF, you can find a "test forum". Open a thread on it, copy/paste a pic from photobuck. in the 50% or so format and see how it turns out!
