Dead Vette-'91 / L98 Ideas?
My wonderful bride has been jump starting my '91, and running it some, every one to two weeks since my deployment a number of months ago.
She went out yesterday to do the same, hooked it up as normal, all the lights and whatnot came on. Turns the key, single click and everything goes dead.
She rechecked all of her connections, the jumper and battery cables, and fuses, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary and she received no additional power to the car. No lights, radio, etc. No smell of smoke or electrical fryage either that she could tell.
When I get home for my 2 weeks of leave (late summer) I will be working on my car to get it running appropriately again and put it on a battery tender. But for the moment, I could use some educated insight on other possibilities.
One thought I had was the stock "starter kill" that has (seemingly) randomly engaged at times
.I would appreciate any ideas, input, or feedback to pass onto my wife at home as she is quite upset at "breaking my Vette". I do love that woman
Thanks folks...

sound like a bad battery ground. the first thing, i would check and clean all the connections at the battery. could be a little corrosion at the battery or at the negative battery cable chassis ground point.
(BTW, i appreciate the job you guys are doing over there -

Thank you all for your kind words of support for our Nation's mission here. They are greatly appreciated amidst the current press.

Vinnies-
I'll be certain to ask her to re-check those fuses specifically.
Thank you
