I was wondering if anybody has tried this product and what it does for the temperature and turbulance in the cockpit? It is supposed to hold the rear hach open about 2 1/2 inches.
I got mine from I think the Corvette gadget man.It works fine and I'm very happy with it.
Same here
It does help w/ turbulence when the windows are down, and lets you here the exhaust like you normally wouldn't. For me that's a benefit, but to some...maybe not.
does it raise the hatch up too far to keep the rain out?
I don't think I'd drive w/ it on in a deluge BUT I think you'd be fine in a light rain. Bottom line, it takes like 10 seconds to in/un install it. Starts rainin', pull over & pop it off.
I also have one and use often. It works great when the top is off.
Picked it up from mid america or one of those places.
It's funny though, people come up to me and tell me my back window is open.
If you like to drive with the windows down..get one and you will be glad you did. Rain can get blown in but not bad. Definately a good product from the Gaget man! I had a couple of the plastic ones and both eventually failed. Go for it.
