Default wet floors

rainy day in pa today , so i decided to tear into my wet floor problem .
i removed the seats from their frames. then removed the frame from the floor . that made the floor carpet easy to remove .
i did not find any holes. i'm just going to reseal the floor where it is put together.
do you think i can ues regular house hold carpet pad to replace my wet pad??????
joe

Yes you can use residential pad, but make sure it is as dense a pad as you can get. I have tried a few kinds in various cars, and thinner and denser are better.

This topic was up before, and I have the passenger side wet floor problem too. So I looked at mine while I was under the car the other day, and it indeed is cracked at the front corner. Looks like maybe a large speedbump or some kind of road debris hit it. Hope yours gets fixed, looks like I'll be doing the same soon.
