Default Corvette America

Here in Pa, we have a local station that highlights local business and does a 1/2 hour show about them. I woke up this morning and saw a nice episode showing the Corvette America plant. Most of it was spent demonstrating how they make the foam for the seats, and custom manufacture the seat covers, door panels, seat frames etc. Hats of to them. They make a fine product and I was happy to see them on the tube

I used to drive past the store or plant on the way to I-80. They are from around State College Pa. aren't they?

I never have bought any of there parts though.

They are. I believe that they moved into a new facility but are very close to the old location.
I have worked in State College many times and never did find the time to go there. Maybe next time.....

As you know, I just purchased a complete interior(almost) from them. The service is great. I am a little disappointed in the replacement foam. It isn't as dense as the OEM stuff. It'll do the job though, I'm about halfway done with putting the new stuff in now.

My wife chanced on to that show one night and called me up to see it. I agree that it was nice to see them getting the PR.

Pete, how can you work in the State College area and not be a Penn State football fan. I'm saddened by this Their tailbacks are good at running north and south -- just like you are at the 1/4 mi.
