I am hoping to purchase a LT-4 Convert This Friday. Travel arrangements have been made and my plans are to drive it back. With winter still lingering, it will probably see some road salt on my 12 hour ride home. Has anyone had to drive their vette in the salt? I am hoping once I get home, I can give it a good bath and rinse the underside. Any advice on cleaning?

 

After it cools off an easy way to clean the underside and frame is with a lawn sprinkler. You'll also find out if your floorboards are cracked when the carpets come up wet. Don't ask me how I know this....
