Positive battery cable question

Default Positive battery cable question
The bolt that connects to the positive terminal of the battery on my 95A4CPE is stripped. Can I just replace the bolt?

Napa has them for less than $3.

Oh, just pry the bolt out with something and press the new one in.

Easy to change the bolt but I bet the threads in the battery are worse the the bolt. I had to change the battery and bolt to get a good contact. Both less than $40 at WalMart
