I have been on a bulb replacement misson since I bought my 94. Just finished he radio, on to the orange lights in the door. (I didnt know there was one by the feet).
I think the 95 is similar to my 92. The bulb is called a festoon with a rigid loop (wire on the ends). They use a few of them in this car. I recently replaced mine with LEDs from here: http://autolumination.com/festoon.htm
Yes, they were about 8 bucks a piece, but they run very cool (your stock bulb has a metal heat shroud over it) and look cool. I actually replaced every interior bulb that comes on when you open the door with LEDs. No more battery drain.

Does the clear plastic cover come off, or does the entire black plastic panel come down to access removal of that drivers side footwell bulb?
