Are any of you? It's actually been a pretty lazy day today since I drove the Vette hard yesterday on a nice sunny day to Mississippi (to play hold’em) and back but there is absolutely nothing on TV worth watching and I've got every channel possible. The yard needs mowing but the couch and the a/c feels too good at the moment. I guess I'm looking forward to the Yankees/Sox game tonight on ESPN.

Go back out for another spin today . I'm looking forward to that game 2-nite also. it'll be fun to see what Dice-k has against the Yanks. A-Rod and clutch going together lately who'd a thunk it

Get outside, pop the hood, grab your cleaning rags and Orange Blast and make that engine bay sparkle. After you degrease everything to include the underside of the hood, get out the pledge and wax everything. You can make all the aluminum (including the A arms) shine up by using a green schtchbrite pad and then some Mother's aluminum polish. I just spent a few hours doing this and am tired but happy. While you are in there, take a look between the radiator and the AC condenser. You can see in there from the passenger side with a flashlight. Clean out the crud, leaves, dead animals and plastic bags and she will run a lot cooler this summer.
P.S. Do not use any water if yours is and LT1 or LT4. The Opti Spark could get wet and go nipples up.

I thought I read you were selling your car, Sami. Glad to see you changed your mind if that's the case. BTW, the tranny I got from you is performing like a champ. Larry
I spent the afternoon barbecuing ribs.
I have a true barbecue cooker...firebox on one end, cooking chamber in the middle and smokestack on the other end...so the meet cooks by indirect heat.
I slow cooked two racks of ribs at 200 degrees for 4 hours...and of course I had to enjoy a few ice cold beers while tending the barbecuer.
Give that a try next time you're bored. It makes for an enjoyable afternoon.
