I have taken the rear diff out to replace the leaky gasket and am wondering is it worth the little extra expense and time to go ahead and replace the other seals throughout the diff (driveshaft and axle yoke seals)? Oh btw its a 93/LT1/Manual/D44. Thanks guys!!

No. It requires removing the heavy duty clips inside the diff and removing the pinion nut. I wouldn't worry about it unless one is leaking too badly, or if you're changing your gear ratio.
For the batwing, dimple the sealing surface of both parts, and apply an even bead of "The Right Stuff" rtv on there. No gasket.
It is worthwhile however to change out all 6 Ujoints while you're in there if they're original.

I installed all new seals in my 44 before installing it. It's no big deal to R & R the axle shafts. For the input seal follow the instructions in the factory manual for R & R the yoke so as not to alter the pinion setting. Again not difficult but it must be done properly.
So CC why do you say dimple and use RTV? Thats what was done to this one and im not sure if it was stock or not but that goop was everywhere and it was leaking badly. Why wouldnt you recommend a gasket? Ive never had good luck with RTV thats why i was kind of against it but im open to suggestions as to why i should.

Gasket gives two surfaces for it to leak, and you risk hydraulicing the gasket during install.
I used synthetic fluid and it washed out much of the factory RTV that wasn't bonded well to the surfaces.
The Right Stuff is really good stuff and shouldn't leak if applied right. GM did not use a gasket from the factory as far as I know. I also wouldn't recommend synthetic fluid. There's no need for it in there, and some have had some strange wear after running synthetic.
