Interior light controller/module
My interior light has drained a couple of times lately. Then, passing by the car, I heard clicking. I found the sound coming from a white box under the rider's side. After unplugging it, I would guess it's the interior light controller (for a 1989). It's a cream-colored case that was taped to a wiring harness. (Inside is a relay, small chip, transistor, and a couple of caps, resistors, etc...)
Not sure if the contacts are an issue or if one of the components on the board is failing?
Any suggestions for replacement sources or tests to fix? From GM, I'm guessing it ain't cheap! (#'s on case=10098435 & 921 913)
