I never heard of those. Didn't think projectors worked with the housing assembly. I installed Hella lights with 80/100w bulbs a lil' over a year ago and couldn't be more pleased with the improvement. Cost around $100.00 for everything, all parts brand new. Especially in the age of Xenon.
You don't want the projector lights. The aftermarket projectors are crap, only OEM projector headlights ever seem to work right. The projector style are for looks not pratical use.
IF you want a decent set of headlamps at a good value, just go with the SilverStar 6054 replacement housings. SilverStars offer good improvement over the stock halogen bulbs. No problem with the install as you just swap them for the old bulbs and the car's wiring will handle the slight additional current draw with no problems.
The next step up is the Hella Euro lenses and a pair of Xenon H4-type bulbs. Go with a Xenon gas-filled bulb with 80/100 watts and look for a color temperature of around 5000 to 6500 degrees Kelvin for almost daylight-type of of light output.
The Hella lamp housing are glass (that are not that heavy to be a problem with the C4 motors and gears) and the lens is cut so that you get excellent wide low beam visibility with no glare from rain or fog and with the lights on high beam, the lens offers a nice driving-light style of beam that will project a good 3/4 of a mile.
Cibie also has a excellent euro-style housing that uses a H4 type of bulb. Figure around $120-140 for a pair of Hella or Cibie housings and lamps. If you want good lighting at night for performance driving, don't scrimp with the cheap stuff from eBay, get quality stuff.

I have the silverstars a marked improvement and about $34.00 a piece.

I have the hella euro housings and regular hella high watt H4 bulbs. Much better bulbs then the gas filled fake xenon crap. They are just for looks, and they don't look good at all. If you want real xenon lights, you need to go out and spend the $600-$700 for a decent shop to do it right. I have read a ton of literature on the subject and the gas-filled xenon h4 bulbs actually put less visible light onto the road then a comparable high watt bulb. It is due to the fact that the "fake" xenon bulbs are filtered to only allow specific colors of light through (blue or yellow are the most common). A regular bulb puts the entire spectrum of light onto the road and gives you much greater visibility; which I feel it is all about. I got a link from a friend here on the forum who is very knowlegeable and has taught me a lot (CorvetteLary in Pittsburgh). I purchased everything from susquehanna motorsports (not sure I spelled that correct). I'll look for the online link for them. They were extremely fair on price. Like I said, everything (H4 euro light housings and 80/100w bulbs) cost me $92.88.
Thanks guys, lots of smart people in here, gonna order the silverstar 6054, I think. Looked on my vette and noticed a wagnor and a silverstar but not sure of the silver star number. It's much brigher than the wagnor.
