Check the option label under the console cover. It will say Z51

You've got about a 50% chance your `84 is a Z51.

The problem is the option sheet is no longer there. Is there any other way to find out?
Thanks again.

Z51 suspension - steering is 2.0 turns lock to lock
standard suspension - steering is 2.4 turns lock to lock

(most folks would say that if any fillings are still in your teeth you must have the standard suspension )

The best way to tell how your car is equipped (if the Service Parts Identification sticker is gone) is to order a build sheet and window sticker from the National Corvette Museum. Go here to order one: https://store.corvettemuseum.com/ser...buildsheet.asp

Not only will you get a list of the options, the build sheet has the order number and the date the car was built. The window sticker will have the MSRP of the car and all of the options on the care and the name and location of the dealer that sold it.
