11" wheels on front
I was wondering if I can put stock 17x 11" wheels (that are normally on the rear) on the front of a '94 corvette w/o having any clearance/rubbing issues. Is an adapter plate or anything similar required?
Thanks a lot!

2) 11" wheels work fine on the rear of all C4s -- though early models won't protrude (because their axle/hub is recessed more). When they went to bigger brakes in mid-88, the offset and wheelsize had to change.
3) 11" wheels don't work well on the front of most C4s if they are the ZR1 offset. Depending on the state of your front transverse leaf spring, you would rub on big bumps (like speed bumps) where the car bounces a lot. (I tried ZR1 offset 11" on my fronts to prove this). However, the rubbing was very minor and wouldn't occur with less offset. I really think GS offset 11" wheels would work fine (unless you're suspension is drooping). The offset is reduced just enough to eliminate with the rubbing.
4) ZR1 wheels are ZR1 wheels. (They have the ZR1 offset). ZR1 "style" wheels (aka A-molds/5-spoke) are available is GS/ZR1 offset.
