There's a product call GlassMaster Pro. A lot of the car care product suppliers carry them including Griot's Garage and AutoGeek which is a CF sponsor.

It is basically a triangular shaped pad that pivots on the end of a stick. It has greater reach and will get into the sharply angled areas where fingers don't fit. I've been using one for a few years and gimicky as it may look, it works great.
