You can't go wrong with Delco. I use NAPA Gold because I can get a good price on them. I believe they're made by Wix, a top notch filter company. Change it every 10K miles, max.

So far I've used AC Delco, Purolater, and Wix brand filters. All have been good, never gave me any premature chugging/backing-up symptoms. A few of em showed signs after a while to be changed, but they were well past the typical "1 every couple of seasons" deal I was told for an interval originally. Also I never really heard any badmouth about any of em aside from one. I see all over the web about avoiding FRAM filters especially for high performance apps due to their allegedly s***ty composition apparently proven in tests. Personally I always steered clear of em cuz their friggin orangy appearance reminded me of street/caution cones blocking/redirecting traffic in the midst of a bloodbath road accident. Fate it seems, seldom lacks in irony.
