Default need price help

I have a friend looking to buy a pristine '96 with only 3500 miles. It's a 6-speed coupe with a 427 engine that is supposed to be stock. Can this engine be original and what is a good price for this car?

For a stock low mileage, '96, 427??

$1,000,000.00 USD, minimum.

It has to be a 1 off car.
Has to be.

69 was the last year for a factory installed 427. The mileage and originality is all suspect on the car you're looking at.
