Brake Issues
If something like this has been posted and answered, I searched, but couldn't find it, so here it is:
YEAR: 1994
PROBLEM: Brake pedal goes to the floor when freeway driving. There are no issues when city driving. Basically, after driving on the freeway, when you apply the brakes, the pedal goes to the floor. Lift and reapply, problem solved. Makes for an interesting moment when you forget about it and don't "pre-pump."
Everything has been replaced (pads, rotors, mas cyl), but the problem still exists. We're looking at wheel bearings next.

It sounds like you either have air in the lines and it needs to be bled again or your new master cylinder is bad.
