coolant leaking

coolant leaking
I've been smelling coolant for the last several weeks but carpet was dry. and no obvious leaks I could see. Now it appears that the "water valve" is leaking. Has anyone had to replace this part? Ecklers has it for $124 anybody know anywhere else it is available? any info or input on this would be appreciated.

Don't know what it is ??
Mine leaked at the thermostat oring and then the water pump front plate oring. I could smell it on hot days but couldn't see it. Had to get a pressure tester to find it.

Its called Hot Water Control Valve, a vacuum operated valve on the pasenger side right before the fire wall
