Need Help With Headlight Problem
I have a 89 Vette with a 90's hood and lights. I had to change the plugs from the 89 harness to match the 90's lights. The headlights come on, but the motors do not work. What steps do I need to take in checking out the problem.
I would appreciate any help.

The 90 is different (wiring insulation colors) than my 86. Maybe someone with a 90 FSM will share what wires go where. You will need to try and jump the motors with 12v and a ground to see if they rotate. Both not working at the sametime sounds like a relay.

There is no relay, only a module on the left front inner panel. The wires should be the same, only the connector is different. If the headlamp motors worked before, you may have reversed one or two wires, If It is a wreaked car check for a broken wire in the harness, or a bad module. I can't copu the wiring diagram, maybe some one else out there can.
