Default heater core

I need help installing a heater core. Any info could be appericated as far as the steps go. I am assuming that I need to pull the dashboard any tricks or any other thing I need to look for. it is a 95

Plan on removing the passenger seat also. It'll make things much easier.

Actually, the word "easier" should not be used in the same post as C4 heater core replacement.

Get a GM shop manual if you don't already have one.

In the dictionary next to Pain in the ***, is a picture of one of us on our back, under what's left of the dash, doing this God forsaken job.

The car was, after all, designed around the heater core.

Do an advanced search for heater core in the C4 section. Lani has a pdf taking you step by step through the procedure. Good luck.

There are two Elite groups within the Corvette Community, those who have forgotten to bolt down the targa top and those who have changed a heater core. Both of which tend to bring forth many,many words the Forum censor will block.
