Car got egged today .
What a awful day
. My car got egged while I was parked @ my son's grandparents in a nice part of town. I parked the car as I usually do along the road and left my window down because I knew I was only going to be 2-3minutes . Well I came out and find 1 egg smashed all in side the car and 2 or 3 on the outside of the drivers door , Hood, targe and windshield. This happened @ 11:00 AM in a nice area in Vermont. If I could have found the punk kids that did it i would probably be in jail right now. The worst part about it is it was hot today and the egg stained my paint. It's weird where the egg's hit it's a different shade then the rest of the car. It's also oxidising in the area we're the egg's hit so that might be why. The inside is just nasty and egg got in all of the crack crevices like down in the door panel , all around the steering wheel, all over the sunshade and in the drivers side seat. I tried to get it all out of the interior but it got in place's I can't get to and is starting to stink.
Sorry about the long rant and I rarely get mad but this really pissed me off ,

Man I'm sorry to hear about that.
I'm not sure what I would do about the paint. Probably get some paint cleaner like a Meguires product etc. and start from scratch to see if that would work.
Sux to have to go through all that because of some punks.

I completely understand. Not a month after I got my 85 painted, (this is going to sound kinda funny since I'm 16) some punk at my school thought it would be funny to scrape their key down the side of my car. Sorry man, I feel you.

sorry to hear about your bad day-perhaps an auto body shop could advise you-It should be compounded as soon as possible-hard to believe so much damage in 3 minutes.

Sorry to hear about that. It does suck!
I believe Karma does exist and they will get it back ten fold.
I hope you can get it back to normal and then let it go. They'll get theirs. You may not ever know it but they will have to pay back when some punk does it to them when they are adults and have something special to them.

What I wouldn't give for just one time to catch some ahole in the act of vandalism...I will probably go to jail for a couple of days but it will be worth it.

I'd go to every grocery store in that area and ask did a bunch of kids come in and buy eggs. It may be a little late now with the memory part but it's worth a shot. It's kids for sure. I'd set up a trap and leave the car out there again and have stake out. At least they'll drive by and look at it again. You'll know it's them just by their actions. I'd get them back too if you catch them. Payback's a mother...
