Hood release Cable -

Ok well i need to get a new cable.

Im thinking I should definatly get GM for this.

Any suggestions where ? with a good price ?

I believe Ecklers has the cable. In fact I think that is where I purchased the tool used to open the hood when the cable breaks (the GM dealer could not open it after they broke the cable).

Hey Dan
Did the back-up cables work? I'd stick with GM, the first one lasted 20 years and it was GM.

I did not buy cables. I was able to repair the end on the original. I agree that the original lasted a long time. It is interesting that GM has no solution to open the hood if the cable breaks. Ecklers does and it works.

Yep the back up worked good, but its time to fix the problem

Well i guess its GM

Any other good sites to order gm cheap
