What a sight
On Saturday morning 6/30 I had met a buddy of mine for breakfast off exit 117 of the GSP. After we finished, I led him back out to the southbound ramp of the Parkway and that's when I decided to take a little cruise in my 85 Corvette.
WHAT A SIGHT as I entered the roadway. I was greeted with a wave and welcomed into their line of Corvettes from New York. At least six or seven vettes, C6, C5's and a C4. A few of them had vanity plates, "ITCANFLY", "HOTCHICK" "MISBEHAVIN".
According to my friend who was trailing the pack,"Nothing looks sweeter or neater than seeing a bunch of clean, shinny corvettes coming (or going) at you from all sides as we broke lanes to go around some slower traffic several times during our run.
I only rode with the New York VETTES til exit 102, Asbury Park exit(approx. 15miles), where I waved farewell to my fellow riders. Hope you enjoyed your day!!!!
