A/C problems
A/C worked fine couple years ago. Never really messed with it. Figured it was low on freon. Took it and had it checked, freon was fine, but my problem is, the compressor doesnt kick on. They said that seemed fine too. Light on my climate control blink for about 1 min before staying on solid. Any thoughts or ideas what could case this. Also am in the process of trying to figure out if my ecm is bad. Getting a code that says possible ecm failure. would that have any effect on the A/C

The blinking light on your climate control is telling you that there's a stored trouble code in the system. If you have a service manual, you can look up the procedure for getting into service mode and IDing the code. That might be a good starting point.
