Default Replacing outer tail bulbs

I have an 86 that has the outer tail light bulb burned out.
It is on the driver's side. I have ground effects all around and can't reach the bulb from underneath.
Any suggestions on how to get to it without removing the rear ground effects. The power antenna is also in the way.
Thanks,
JD

As I recall on my 91, you take out the license plate then reach in and remove the light to the left of that, then reach in that hole and remove the light bulb from the back of the socket.

It has been a long time so I'm not too sure but i think that's how it goes. If not someone will correct me, I'm sure.

remove the licence plate frame, then reach in and remove the lens housing from the inboard light... ( IIRC it is a 6 mm nut) once that is removed you stick your hand through the inboard light housing opening and remove the outer bulb/housing (as necessary)

To get my outer drivers side out I have to take off the rear wheel and then the inner fender to get to it. It seems like a lot of extra work but once you do it the housing is right there. Also when ever I have one bulb burn out I change all 4 at the same time.

Default Got them replaced

Thanks for the info as I replaced it today. I had to remove the rear plate, then remove 4 small screws so i could pull back the rear plastic. I then removed 2 screws that held the inner light on and after removing that light, was able to change the outer light bulb. Having to use an open end wrench for the screws and scratches all over my right hand and arm were the only issues.
