87 colors
Looking at an 87 convertible with turquoise exterior and interior. Can't find any info on 87 having any blues but medium blue metallic? Owner says it's a rare low option color. I noticed that the inside of the deck lid is black and not body color. My 75 deck lid is painted body color but not sure about the C4's. Can anyone tell me if this is a stock color for this car?

The decklid is black on the underside, but you should still be able to find locations where you could tell the original color. Look under the foam fillers right near the hood latch for the original color, or pull the carpet forward under the deck area (nothing needs to be removed, just release the lateches for the convertable top, fold it fwd, and release the deck latches amd lift it up) and you will see the original color on the body tub.
