Well, for the first time in 5 years, I have my dads old corvette running. I inherited it about a month ago and I've changed plugs, rotor, cap, wires, fuel pump, eliminated the pulsator (the replacement one I got didn't work any better then the original) changed the oil and filter, fuel filter, drained old gas out cleaned the tank, put in some new gas, changed the air filter. And it starts.
Now comes the rest of it, flush the brake fluid, flush the coolant, flush the clutch fluid, drain the rear differential and replace the fluid, change the OD tranny fluid. Change the serpentine Belt. Change the hoses.
But it starts damnit, and it holds fuel pressure at the rail.
congratulations I remember your first post about this project a while ago. Glad to hear you got it running Nothing like the feeling of working on a car that has been sitting for a while and hearing it start up for the first time
