turns out my car (1986) has the z51 option, just wondering if anyone could list the components that make up the z-51

While they don't have an RPO code, there are two frame stiffeners at the rear corners of the front crossmenber. Z51 had stiffer springs and larger sway bars with 30mm in the front and 22mm at the rear. These bars were a solid bar compared to the standard tubular bars. The front lower control arm bushings were a heavy duty version.
