Headlight alignment
On my 86 the headlight cover is out of alignment apparently and is very close to scraping the hood when they flip up and down. Could someone please tell me how to adjust them?

the covers are separate from the motor housing/frame...there are 4 adjustment bolts and the holes in the actual cover are slotted...just get a flashlight and look around before loosening anything. when you do start loosening things, keep them semi tight, this way the cover doesn't just flop all over the place. use thick cardboard to evenly space the cover in the hole then retighen...make sure that the cover is also flush with the rest of the hood...nothing screws up a nice C4 like crooked headlight covers
