hood support upgrade.
i'm going to install a telescoping hood support on my 85 as i don't have one at all. is all i need just the support? or will i need something else for the instillation? i do however have the mount for the original hood support.

If all you have is the telescoping support, you'll need te upper and lower mounts and related hardware - you 85 came stock with the scissor style hinge on the pass side of the hood only

It takes time, give it a few days.
Make sure its in "C4 Parts For Sale/Wanted" and that you have a nice big title of "WTB: Hood Support Brackets" or something obvious like that in there.
Sometimes it takes a few days to a week. I was looking for a new targa top once and it took about 2 weeks before I got any responses. If it bumps off the end of page 1, you can reply to your own post with a TTT (To The Top) to get it stuck back on the 1st page again.
