After several months of work trying to get my 93 to start, I checked the resistance of the fuel injectors and found some inconsistencies. Below are the results. What do you guys think?
1. I am not sure of the resistance spec for LT1 injectors. However, all eight injectors should be very close to the same value.....if the injectors are in good, working condition. You have an injector problem!
2. Suggest you post this in the "tech" section and you may get some better comments (than above).

I think you found the problem!
Assuming the injectors are supposed to be the same as the highest value, you're only getting about 1/3 the fuel you need to start the car.
