Unfortunately, the picture was misleading. That's the L98 price. Expect to pay at least $1K.

Expect to pay more than that! The cheapest? Try a place (drop/ship) called The Auto Parts Warehouse, I think they're in Carson CA. They were selling the thing for around $1150 +/-.
I'm not going to suggest any brand to you, but if you value getting the most for your money you'll do much much, make that MUCH MUCH better elsewhere. Most of my "really know their Vette's" friends all agree that Corsa exhausts are the single most over-rated and overpriced Corvette after market product out there!

I don't want highway resonance. Everything I've read says Corsa is the best in that dept.

Everyone I've been in contact with who stated that their car resonated so badly that it almost made them not want to drive their car and who then went with a Corsa unit are now happy campers and are now drivng their cars with a .

I may need to go to a Corsa and unfortunately they don't make one for an 85, so a little fab work will be needed. I already scouted out who I will be purchasing it from (if needed) and I was quoted $735.

I checked on the above vendor's site and for your 95, it will cost $1,084 with free shipping. http://www.lmperformance.com/7128/24.html

Nope, look at Lingenfelter again, under Specials, they have the one you need for $875 + shipping. They only have 1 in stock.

I recently searched every where, this is the best price!

I was going to get this one, but since I only needed the mufflers, I got the L98 system for $721 delivered. (still a rip off for 2 mufflers!)

I have a set of Magnaflow for sale in FS Section if interested. You shouldn't have resonance with these on a stock motor/exhaust.

I can't argue or disagree about the price of Corsa the **** is pricey. But quality, fit, and "sound a matter of personal performance" I like Corsa as I have mentioned before I've had people chase me down at stop lites and compliment the note of my car and ask what brand of exhaust I have.
I shop owner who did the install remarked he had never seen or installed a nicer and better fitting exhaust. Try to check out some other exhaust on some LT1 C4's and decide.

If you want a Corsa jump on this. Cheapest shipping is only $33 so it winds up $908. That's the price from a few years ago. I paid $995 in November '05.

I purchased a used '92-'96 Corsa catback system here on CF. After shipping and installation (fully welded, no clamps), my total investment was $824.

I'm glad to read that you found what you want at what comparatively sounds like the right price. It's a great pipe. It's not that I don't like 'em, they're more than otay! I just get rattled by the prices these Vette purveyors charge because of the names. Like I've said before ALL THE "NAME" PIPES FOR CORVETTES ARE OVERPRICED. Why? Because most (myself included) will pay it to look and sound Cooool!

Can someone post a vid or a sound clip of their corsa exhaust. This may be my first upgrade to my vert.

overrated IMO.

Toss on some cheap flows and weld on the C6 tips for that "corsa look"..

I think the C6 tips are corsa's anyway aren't they? Ive got a set sitting in my garage I bought for cheap to make some elims with. They look identicle to the corsa tips.

I put the Corsa cat back on 3 months ago. Chevy Dealership bargained somewhat. $915 INSTALLED.

I will say this, my wife and I took the Vette on a 3500 mile trip earlier this month (2 of those days were 10+ hours in the car at highway speeds), and if we had had any resonance it would have been a miserable time. The Corsas are worth every penny you spend on them. Sounds like you got a pretty good deal. BTW I bought mine from TByrne a while back when they had them on sale.
