Haven't named the Vette yet. Nothing has come to mind, except "Ruby" which is too cliche for a 40th.
I used to have a White '68 Plymouth Fury III. Big 4 door. About a hundred feet long. I called it "Moby". Dark red interior 383 with a 2bbl carb. I had plans for it, but never got to do them.
I bought it from the original owner about five years ago. I think he paid $3,500 for it new. I bought it for $800. Drove it for a year and sold it for $1,500. I miss my Moby.
My baby is named Destiny, I posted the story about how I knew she would be Mine more than ten years before I finally got her,and she'll be mine till I die. Nuff said.(pic in my sig)
It's amazing to me that all these 'Garage Queens' don't have names after all the washings, waxings, polishings, etc.. I call mine "Pitch",
'cause of all the $$$$ I've thrown at it.
