Next Was A Fuel Pump On Sunday Morning 900 Miles From Home. Towed To A Dealership In The Middle Of No Where, Took A Hotel For The Night.
What A Trip That Turned Out.
Those are the only two things that have left me stranded. The starter enable relay, and the pick up coil.
It's not a bad idea to carry a spare fuel pump and sepentine belt in the cargo area, along with the necessary tools.

I've had a couple of other issues but they have not left me stranded...come to think of it, it's been almost 4 years since I have broke down and that covers 25,000 miles and amost 800 passes at the drag strip...woot!
Rice burners are reliable but I like my old Piece of **** vette over a new SRT-4 or Honda. Since we are on topic I will go ahead and start naming the rest of it. I have had to replace: Radiator, waterpump, starter, fuel pump relay, fuel pump, valve cover gaskets, rotors, 3 tires, one brakelight, both headlights, both foglights, both park lights, serpentine belt, battery, alternator, windshield wiper motor, coolant over flow tank.
See what I mean. Things just break. People say I push it to hard but I know others beat the pi$$ outta theres daily. People may call this out as

altenator went out.
I thought that I could make it home but I didn't .
No heavy jacket with me.
40 minutes later my little girl showed up and we charged the battery with jumper cables, then left the car at a nearby Lowes overnight.
Second time, a coolant hose blew and made a big steamy mess about 1/4 away from work. I made it to the parking lot at work though.
Both times, AA came and towed me, once to the dealer, once back home. AA is a MUST for C4 owners!

(the alternator was fun because the car would randomly die and I'd have to wait 30 min before it came back I did that twice in one night, it was fun times)
