you should first check the valve covers. they are the easiest and cheapest to fix. but only a few drops I would not worry about. when you see a SBC not leaking and fluids you should first check if it has any fluids at all

Mines got a few drops too. Always has had a few drops. I'm ignoring the problem... it will go away
One time I had a Saturn, it had a small leak. To fix it was $800. I calculated how much I was leaking (less than a quart every 3000 miles) So I figured at $1/qt, I could go 2400000 miles before I would break even on the repair

Start at the top and work down. Also check the area where the heads and intake mate between the engine and firewall. SBCs are known for intake leaks.

A drop or two isn't worth worrying about. With the age and mileage of your car, I wouldn't consider it a problem. Enjoy your car!

'91 C4 - very well could be the intake gasket. It's about a $550 repair. They go. There's help on the forum to do it yourself and save $'s.

most likely the intake. I'm having the gasket replaced in Oct. $400. good time to paint valve covers etc.
